Step 01
Section 1: What You Can Publish
What we welcome
Original fiction, nonfiction, poetry, memoir, essays, comics, cookbooks and every genre in between. That includes new editions of your own previously published books, translations you hold the rights to, and public- domain works with substantial original additions (see Section 4).
Step 02
Section 2: Rights
Your rights and responsibilities
By publishing on BookMarket, you confirm that: You own the work or have every right needed to publish it in each format you upload: text, cover art, illustrations, translation and audio narration.
The book doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
Your metadata is accurate. That covers your name, the title, the series, the description and the genres. No impersonating other authors, no misleading titles, no keyword stuffing.
Step 03

Don't introduce variants such as “AI-assisted: textˮ or
“human-written.ˮ
AI voices and likeness
Never use a synthetic voice cloned from a real person without their written permission. Don't publish AI- generated images that imitate a living artist's distinctive style in a way that could mislead readers about who made them.
Step 04
Section 4: Public-Domain Works
Public-domain content
BookMarket's free classics library is curated by our team.
