The Man Upstairs and Other Stories

Nineteen early stories from Wodehouse's apprenticeship: struggling artists, ambitious songwriters, golf, romance and lucky breaks, already full of the sparkling dialogue that made him famous. A good introduction before you move on to Jeeves and Blandings. IMPLEMENTATION NOTE RIGHTS→ public domain in the US only; Wodehouse (d. 1975) is protected in the UK and EU until the end of 2045
